About Kate: Kate Daley is an eating disorder and sports dietitian based out of Denver, Colorado. While at UConn, she competed in both cross country and track and field. Her passion lies in helping those with eating disorders relearn to trust their bodies and find food freedom while continuing to compete in the sport they love.
